Raman Zhulpo IE is a job search organizer and career services platform that helps job seekers organize their search and also connects job seekers, organizations (like colleges, universities, schools, career coaching companies, outplacement companies, etc.) working with job seekers (“Organizations”) and employers (“Employer”) and provides each with powerful tracking and organizational tools. Our System is designed to provide job seekers and Organizations with control over their data. Job seekers can fully control their profile and can determine what information they want to share on their profile and with prospective Employers. Raman Zhulpo IE does not share data with any third-party Organizations or Employers without your consent and will never sell your personal data. This does not extend to website hosting partners and other third-party services involved in running our website, managing our operations, or assisting our users, provided they commit to keeping this information private. 1. Information that you provide by creating and updating your profile.
2. Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Services.
3. Information that you provide on surveys from us.

2. To provide an Organization you are working with, with our Services. This includes allowing them to: track placement outcomes; keep details about job seekers they work with; and share your candidate profile with their Employer partners.
3. To present our Website and its contents to you.
4. To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
5. To answer any inquiries over the phone, or in person.
6. To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
7. To notify you about changes to our Services or Website.
8. In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
9. For any other purpose with your consent.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:

You may be invited to use Raman Zhulpo IE’s Services by an Organization. Should you choose to accept, your personal information will be shared with the Organization that invited you and staff from that Organization.

You may also share your personal job tracking board with other users through our board sharing feature. If you have taken the necessary steps to share your board with another Raman Zhulpo IE user, then all data in your board will be shared with that user.

We may disclose information when relevant law enforcement bodies request it if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, regulation, valid legal process, or governmental or regulatory request. If we are going to release your data, we will do our best to provide you with notice in advance by email unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.

We may disclose non-personal information, aggregated information, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We do not accept responsibility or liabilities for third-party links or for the data that you may provide in third-party websites. We utilize third-party services for user verification, user authentication, payment processing, site analytics, AI content creation, data storage, web hosting, email delivery, operational analytics, and customer support. We review the privacy policies of our third-party providers before enlisting their services to ensure their practices align with ours.
